Adventure tips

Book early morning or late afternoonWinds and boat traffic are lighter near sunrise and sunset—opt for these windows for smoother kayaking and clearer photos.

Bring a waterproof phone caseMany of the best moments happen on the water—protect electronics from spray during transfers and kayaking.

Check swimming ability before joining swims or kayakingAlthough suitable for most fitness levels, open-water swims require confidence in choppy conditions; lifejackets are provided.

Choose reef-safe sunscreenProtect your skin and the bay’s marine life by using non-oxybenzone sunscreen during swims and snorkeling.

Recommended gear

Reef-safe sunscreen: Protects skin while reducing harm to marine ecosystems during swims and snorkeling.
Waterproof phone case or dry bag: Keeps electronics and documents dry during transfers, kayaking, and boat-side activities.
Quick-dry swimwear and towel: Makes it easy to move between swimming, kayaking, and lounging on deck without discomfort.
Light wind layer or waterproof jacket: Useful on cooler mornings or if the breeze picks up on the sundeck at sunset.
