Sand and surf frame your first step into a crystal-clear kayak as the north-coast sun lifts color from the water. The kayak’s transparent hull refracts the reef and shallow sandbars below while a drone arcs overhead, pausing to capture you mid-laugh or mid-paddle against a wide Caribbean horizon.
easy.
40 minutes.
Suitable for most fitness levels; participants should be able to sit and paddle for short intervals and stand in shallow water briefly.
The booked session runs about 40 minutes total, including setup, short paddling time, and drone filming.
No strong swimming skills are necessary—guides operate in shallow water and provide basic flotation via the kayak, but basic comfort in water is recommended.
Most operators provide edited drone clips or photos for digital download—confirm file delivery and turnaround time when booking.
Wind and heavy rain can affect drone safety; operators may reschedule if conditions prevent safe flying, though policies vary.
Lucea and nearby coastal communities blend Maroon and colonial-era histories; the shoreline was long used for fishing and small-scale trade before tourism grew.
Operators and visitors are urged to use reef-safe products and avoid standing on coral; low-impact behavior helps protect fragile nearshore ecosystems.
FANAS AIR LUXURY TOURS operates guided outdoor trips and adventures with an emphasis on safety, stewardship, and memorable experiences.
