Whether you’re searching for a tea room in Tennessee, want a place to eat before or after a mansion tour, or are looking for a unique setting to enjoy food with friends, the Victorian Tea Room is the place for you. Lunch or tea there is a delightful outing for two or more, a perfect getaway lunch for office mates, and a charming menu for bridesmaids luncheons, bridal or baby showers, and birthday parties (for young ladies of all ages).

The tea room is located in Falcon Rest’s Visitor Center, next to the Victorian Gift Shop. Lunches are offered with or without a tour, and walk-ins are welcome. Advance notice is requested for groups of 6 or more. Please call ahead if you prefer the tea, so you won’t have to wait for us to put together all its delicious tidbits. At least 24 hours advance notice is requested.

PLEASE NOTE: The mansion and gardens are not visible from the road. They are entirely hidden in the 1890s inside our tall holly hedge. Enter at the Visitor Center just past the hedge at 85 Bluff Springs Road. Access to the gardens is restricted to paid tourists, overnight guests, and participants in large events.
