The lower deck hums with heaters and soft conversation as the double-decker eases away from the curb, steam from hot tea fogging the windows against London's crisp winter air. Outside, a tunnel of lights scrolls past: Oxford Street and Regent Street trading their daytime bustle for a choreography of bulbs and baubles. The guide's voice, warm and practiced, threads stories about the squares and façades between sips and bites.
