- Cruises from Clansman Harbour or Urquhart Castle are not wheelchair accessible or suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
- Steps and a steep hill with uneven ground leading to the departure point.
- No covered areas, toilets or designated seating places apart from small shelter by the quayside
- Restaurant, gift shop, toilets and other facilities available in the Clansman Hotel.
- Ticket office and friendly shore crew happy to assist at the Clansman Harbour
