For ages 2-5, explore the wonder of wildlife around us through play-based stations, story time, and a short hike along our Juno Dunes Trail. This 60-minute program will introduce your family to the different senses of nature, while encouraging curiosity and discovery through various provocations and educator-guided activities!
The Little Naturalists program will take place at Loggerhead Marinelife Center and the adjoining natural area. Please come prepared to be outdoors with sunscreen, hats/ sunglasses, and a filled water bottle!
Bring hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen as much of the Little Naturalist activities occur outdoors with limited shade.
Carry a filled water bottle to keep young explorers hydrated during the hour-long program.
The Juno Dunes Trail features sandy and natural surfaces—sturdy closed-toe shoes are recommended for kids and adults alike.
