About

Our wines reflect the Atlantic influence, which translates into a very particular freshness and acidity; at the same time, presenting an excellent minerality, reducing the predominantly clay-limestone soils. We are 40 km north of Lisbon, one step from the sea, in a region of moderate temperatures and permanent sea breezes.

Our experience includes:

• Arrival at the winery and welcome by the producer
• Visit the winery (tour)
• Workshop about the Viticultural process
• Brunch will include:
• Assorted bread basket;
• Flavoured butter;
• Codfish cake;
• Alheira ball with crunchy sesame and honey mustard sauce;
• Codfish wrap;
• Our tiborna;
• Cottage cheese;
• Dry-cured ham;
• Scones with flavours jam;
• Seasonal fruit.

The brunch is accompanied by our wines:

• Dory Harvest White or Red;
• Single Variety White;
• Single Variety Red;
• Dory Reserva White or Red.
