How it works

We request your contact information, a brief description of your bike and its repair issues. We ask for payment information at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking, we will refund the payment to you.

Drop off-based service

In order to provide consistent monthly service, we are offering drop off-based service at your community. Here’s how it works:

  • Book online based on your repair needs.
  • Drop your bike off by 10am or earlier at the Bike Medic bike rack for your community.
  • At the bike rack, Bike Medic will provide a hang tag to fill out, so we know it’s yours
  • Bike Medic will arrive, repair your bike, and leave it at the rack prior to 5pm. We’ll also call or text you to let you know that it is ready.
  • If the Medics find anything during the repair, they will call you to discuss options and any possible price changes. We only do the work you approve.
