About

Begin your tour at La Pasticceria Siciliana and whet your appetite with an aperitivo. Sipping on a Spritz cocktail and sampling Sicilian arancini is the perfect way to kick off this delectable food adventure. But make sure to leave some room because there will be plenty more to devour!

Your next stop is Paciotti, an authentic Roman delicatessen. It’s also the home base of Stefano Paciotti, a salumi and cheese expert and social media star. He and his family are always happy to share their vast knowledge about the origins of their products. Awaiting you will be a carefully paired charcuterie spread with three types of cold cuts and cheeses. Be sure to sample their famous pairing of Parmigiano Reggiano and aged balsamic. It’s an absolute treat!

After visiting Rome’s finest salumeria, your tour guide will lead you to Bonci Pizzarium. Not only is this spot a hit among locals, but its founder, pizzaiolo Gabriele Bonci, is an international star. He's also known as the Pizza Hero and after you try his pizza, you'll know why. Here you will enjoy classic Roman-style pan pizza, available in a variety of toppings. This is authentic Roman street food. And since everyone says, "When in Rome, do as the Romans do", a visit here is an absolute must!

Your final stop brings you to Al Giardino del Gatto e la Volpe, one of Rome’s most ambient locales. From its tasty food and dreamy courtyard garden, it's the perfect place to bid farewell to your newfound friends. For more than 50 years, its owners, Nando and Angela, have been elevating classic Roman dishes. Here you will enjoy an array of options, including the four traditional pastas of Rome: amatriciana, carbonara, or gnocchi. There’s no better place to end your food tour experience!
