These beginner classes offer people a chance to experience surfing with other first timers in a group setting. It takes some of the pressure off having others around you who are in the same boat (or board) and maybe you'll make some new friends. Our instructors specialize in introducing beginners at a pace that is comfortable, yet still offering a challenge for any athletic ability. We will work on the basics of popping up, paddle technique, wave etiquette, and safety. Then we enter the shallows riding the whitewater until students are comfortable venturing further out. Whether you want to push your surfing beyond the beginner level, or just get out in the water safely with some new friends, Eat Sleep Surf is here to help you reach your goal.
