Minimum age is 14; participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains present during the lesson.
No — soft-top boards and wetsuits are provided, though you can rent equipment from the shop in Praia da Luz after the lesson.
You should be able to swim comfortably and tread water; instructors will not take participants who cannot meet basic swimming ability.
Pick-up is available from designated meeting points in Lagos, Praia da Luz or Burgau; exact times are confirmed by WhatsApp the evening before.
