Whether you're new to board riding or a seasoned surfer, our guide is crafted to ensure you have a remarkable surfing experience. Our goal is to enhance your confidence in the water while sharing expert tips for a secure surfing adventure! With solid waves, this location is a favorite among surfers.

Moonstone Beach in Humboldt County is famed for its unique rock formations and the chance to discover smooth, colorful stones. It’s part of Clam Beach County Park and is a hotspot for surfing, kayaking, and various beach activities.

Our instructor will customize the curriculum to make the most of your time, helping you ride the waves in no time!

FAQ

  • When to arrive? Your guide will call you ahead of time to confirm your start time and coordinate your meeting spot. Plan on arriving at the designated location at the time you’re scheduled.
  • Is gratuity included? No. Gratuity is typically between 15-25%. Our guides work hard to create a memorable, educational, and fun experience for all guests, and gratuity is highly appreciated!
  • What to wear? We will provide a wetsuit, splash jacket, and life jacket for you to wear, but we encourage you to wear non-cotton clothing (synthetic or wool is recommended) as well as a change of clothes for the return ride home, just in case you get wet!
