About This Adventure

Experience the Ultimate Aquatic Workout every Wednesday at Mesa Aquatic Complex! Enjoy 30 minutes of high-energy water aerobics in the Lazy River, followed by a serene Moonlight Paddleboard Yoga session with a soothing sound bath. Perfect for all skill levels, this unique blend of fitness and relaxation promises an unforgettable evening!

Mesa Aquatic Complex 1630 E Southern Ave

Class starts with 30 min of high energy water aerobics in the Lazy River. 8pm Moonlight Paddleboard Yoga with 10 min Soundbath meditation. All levels welcome! You can skip a station if you want. Wear a swimsuit or quick drying workout clothes.

What to Bring
