Recommended gear

Valid ID & travel documents: Necessary for pickup verification and smooth meet-and-greet at arrivals.
Phone with charger and boarding pass: Enables communication with your driver and quick updates in case of flight changes.
Light layers or travel jacket: Airport terminals and vehicles can be cool; a layer keeps you comfortable during short drives.
Consolidated luggage or travel cubes: Smaller, organized bags help meet vehicle luggage limits and speed loading/unloading.
