Service:

Adam will reserve your Lawn Topdressing booking after we've Removed the Thatch and/or Aerated & deemed this service as beneficial with an estimated amount of compost.

Average center lots estimate up-to 5 cubic yards($120-$600) Average corner & pie shaped lots estimate 5-10 cubic yards($600-$1200)

Topdressing requires preparation of the lawn as it's the very last step towards a healthy lawn.

Rates:

$120 cubic yard spread averages 700 square feet of coverage. The blue spreader holds 1/2 cubic yard.

To hold the calendar date Adam will only book the default Quantity of 1 cubic yards for $120 & will revisit this booking after completion to adjust and debit the additional amount.

Arrival Window:

For a multitude of reasons Adam's Earth is unable to offer a narrower estimated time of arrival than 10-6:00. It's not necessary for you to be home.

Please also let your final watering be completed no nearer than two days prior the scheduled service date. Overly wet lawns make conditions unfavorable.

Watering after the topdressing is what's necessary, oftentimes daily watering over the following 7 days is most beneficial.

Overseeding with Bermuda requires a commitment to watering 3 times a day for 21 days. If the seed dries out it dies out and we'll have to start over.
