What time does the coach depart Manhattan? The motorcoach departs at 9:00 AM sharp. Boarding begins at 8:30 AM.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Participants must be 21 or over to attend.
What is the refund policy? Tickets are refundable up to 5 days prior to the date of the tour and are also transferable to a friend or family member who is age 21 or older. NEW! Tour Protection is also now available and allows for fully refundable cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the date of the tour.
Is Food allowed on the coach? Yes. However, Alcohol Consumption is strictly NOT allowed on board the motorcoach.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes. You can give your ticket to a friend or family member. Date transfers are not allowed.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, for example, if you have gifted the ticket to a friend or family member.
What happens in the case of inclement weather? Great news! The tour will operate rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather, the tour takes place indoors and in covered areas, protected from the elements.
