Experience a unique mindful pottery workshop where creativity meets tranquility. Spend a serene Sunday crafting your own vase using ancient coiling techniques, guided by meditation and soft soundscapes. Embrace the art of slow-making, connect with nature, and enjoy a nourishing vegetarian lunch in a peaceful atmosphere.
Step into stillness. Join us for a soulful coiling workshop in a peaceful, meditative setting — where clay meets breath, and hands shape more than just pots.
We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation, then enter a shared silence. Through coiling technique, you’ll slowly build a flower pot or vase using your hands, natural tools (feathers, shells, stones, sticks), and deep inner focus.
💫 No rushing. 💫 No noise (after intro, we’ll whisper or stay silent). 💫 Just full presence, soothing soundscapes, and the grounding touch of earth.
A light vegetarian lunch and herbal teas will be served mid-way to nourish your body while your spirit flows through clay.
This is not just a workshop – it’s a space to reconnect, listen inward, and co-create with nature. We'll start with a grounding meditation, followed by a silent coiling session using natural tools like stones, feathers, and wooden sticks. Expect meditative music, earthy textures, herbal teas, and a nourishing vegetarian lunch.
