This 2 hour tour is a simple and fun alternative for anyone interested in an day excursion with family or friends. We'll catch all of the major sights surrounding the campus of the University of Virginia. Designed by Thomas Jefferson, the “Grounds” of UVA are a sight to see. From the famous Rotunda, to Scott Stadium, to the UVA Chapel, the campus is one of the most picturesque places in Virginia. We'll see “The Corner” while getting exercise and having a guide point out some of the best rooftop patios, brew pubs and dinner hot spots. Photo opportunities will be FANTASTIC during any part of the day (the best in the late fall and early spring). You will be riding at a moderate level of activity for 60-90 minutes, leaving from Blue Ridge Cyclery-Downtown, and the terrain is relatively flat.
