About
Meet our licensed guides at 09:30 AM and go to the nearest truffle area. With the help of our 4-legged friends, magnificently trained, and the experience of Mirco and Luca, our trusty truffle hunters, immerse yourself 360 degrees in this unique and exciting experience.
Then we will return to the farm and enjoy a truffle-based lunch with a tasting of 4/5 organic & biodynamic wines and 6 extra virgin olive oils just after a short introduction of our farm in front of our vineyard, one of the oldest in the town of San Gimignano.
The truffle meal includes mixed bruschetta with fresh truffles and truffle creams, organic pasta with fresh truffles, smoked beef with our Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or eggs with fresh truffle, dessert of the day.
Attention: the distance from our winery to the truffle area can vary depending on the seasonality of the truffle (from 5 minutes by car to a maximum of 20). Guests should arrange the transfer by themselves. We also advise you to wear trekking shoes and comfortable clothes.
