No experience needed. This is a great introduction to the thrill of riding 4 wheel motorbikes.

This tour Rides through Manuka and Kanuka forrest tracks and is tailored to suit the individuals riding capabilities.

Full instructions are given and the tour is fully guided.

Ride high to our lookout and take in the spectacular coastal scenery, manoeuvring your bike amongst the trees and splashing through mud and sand tracks through out the safari.

Age limit is 14 and above

Bring sturdy shoes, long pants and your camera.

We will supply, helmets, goggles and wet weather gear.

What to bring

DIRECTIONS TO OUR BASE: We have no signage currently, so please follow Instructions. Head down Wilson Road (Gravel Road) until you hit tarsal and we are the first driveway on the right hand side. We also have a big white fridge as our letter box on the right hand side so you should miss us.

All riders must Be Over the Age of 14

Please be aware that we are an outdoor adventure company and we operate rain, hail or shine

Everyone must be wearing sturdy shoes I.e. sneakers, gumboots or work boots. No open toed shoes

We supply all safety gear I.e. helmets and goggles. Helmets must be worn. Wet weather gear is available

Warm clothing is essential as weather can change quickly

Please be 15 mins early for registration. If you are late you’re ride may be shortened to accommodate the following bookings that are on the same day

Please Note: No drinking of alcohol before going on a safari will be tolerated and you will be banned if you are considered unfit to ride, without a refund of your money

Bring your camera and a secure bum bag or small backpack to carry it in, just be aware that anything you lose while on the safari will more than likely be lost for ever so please don’t bring unnecessary jewelry or belongings on the safari.

Off Roading – Quad Biking and Buggy tours Inherent risks of the activity include (but are not limited to):

1. RISK OF ROLLING QUAD/BUGGY AND FALLING OFF We will put you through a test track to ensure you are competent with driving. You will follow a guide AT ALL TIMES who will choose the best possible path to reduce risk of Rolling.

2. RISK OF BROKEN BONES/FRACTURES We will provide adequate training and assessments prior to departure and during the tour. Full safety equipment will be provided. A guide will be with you at all times. Speed limits will be enforced to reduce risk of incidents.

3. LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS We provide a lock up container that you can leave personal items in. We provide FREE photos on the tour so the need to bring a phone or camera is strictly at your own desire. All personal items MUST be secured correctly by yourself if you decide to take it. IT IS YOUR OWN RISK TO TAKE PERSONAL ITEMS

4. RISK OF HEAD INJURY/CONCUSSION We will provide Safety Standard Quad Bike helmets which MUST be fitted correctly, you MUST ask a guide if you feel your helmet does not fit correctly. Helmets MUST be worn at ALL times.

5. RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER SERIOUS INJURY We will provide all safety equipment, safety instructions, safety pre trip training, a fully trained guide who is trained in first aid. During the tour you will be monitored and given extra safety instructions. YOU MUST listen and follow your guides INSTRUCTIONS at ALL TIMES.
