What customers say about this course: "I recently went on the Bread Course and was amazed that we made three loaves of bread, Sourdough, Focaccia and a Tin Loaf. However, we also made Hot Cross Buns and Doughnuts! I was nervous about the course as I am not a natural cook or baker......I needn’t have worried. James, the proprietor and James the Chef put me at ease. James the Chef was brilliant, both demonstrating and giving clear instructions on the steps to follow. He was also on hand to steer you in the right direction if a little extra help was needed."
