Lively, entertaining and interesting, the guided Town Walk is a great way to explore Stratford, its history, attractions and fascinating relationship with William Shakespeare.

The walking tour (all outdoors) passes Shakespeare’s Birthplace, New Place, Hall’s Croft, Harvard House, a range of architectural gems, the Guild Chapel, Shakespeare’s Schoolroom and Guildhall, River Avon and Holy Trinity Church. Hear fascinating stories of fire, flood, plague, old fashioned sayings, medieval medical cures and history, wrapped up in a little Shakespeare.

The Town Walk goes ahead whatever the weather, so please dress accordingly. The walk is classed as ‘easy going’. Walking boots/shoes are not necessary, but comfortable footwear is advisable.
