This workshop is for anyone who’s interested in small form sculpture, glass, and design. You’ll learn the the fundamentals of Stained Glass by building a work of colored glass art – this is Stained Glass 101!
Artist and Designer Kelsie McNair will be your guide into the world of stained glass. Each workshop will focus on a different finished product – a suncatcher, a nightlight, or something completely new that Kelsie has dreamed up. Kelsie will teach you the entire Tiffany stained glass process – selecting and shaping each its glass element and then soldering it all together.
This 4 hour workshop requires no prior experience, and will cover a variety of techniques and tricks to understanding the timeless art of glass. You’ll leave this workshop with a beautiful and unique stained glass piece that you designed and built.
Glass cutting and soldering can be messy; dress accordingly to enjoy the process without worry.
