Today we have the opportunity to visit Herculaneum and Pompeii , both destroyed by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79AD. Two sites so similar yet so very different, one covered by the mud, the other one buried by the lava. We start with the guided tour of the archeological site of Herculameun, one of the main sites of Campania Region. Before visiting Pompeii, our driver takes you to a vineyard for an easy lunch accompanied by a glass of good wine. After lunch we go to Pompeii and visit its Forum, Theatre and various temples, alongside villas and commercial buildings.
