About

This fantastic Eco tour begins at your hotel and the historical Rocks area of old Sydney. Heading westwards across the coastal plain we make our way to the Great Dividing Range of Australia. Our first stop today is Featherdale; this unique park gives visitors the opportunity to discover over three hundred different varieties of unique Australian wildlife.

Reboarding the vehicle we continue west towards the Blue Mountains National Park. We enter a little known hidden clearing to enjoy some home style morning tea. You will have time to roam the area and seek out the wild kangaroos and birdlife that frequents this part of the National Park.

Next we visit some scenic lookouts to view the Blue Mountains such as King’s Tableland, Eagle Hawk and Narrow Neck lookout, enjoy the stunning sights of the three sisters as you overlook the magnificent Jamison Valley.

Lunch today is at the charming village of Leura. Here you will have a chance to stroll the main street before settling down at the delightful Leura Garage Cafe. Enjoy fresh and healthy local produce in the funky surrounds of a converted garage.

After lunch we skirt around cliff drive towards the township of Katoomba. At Eagle Hawk lookout you will see the famous 3 sisters Rock formation and marvel at the stunning views of the Jamieson Valley. From here we continue around Narrowneck Plateau for more incredible vantage points.

This afternoon we travel to the scenic Evan’s Lookout for more gorgeous views of the Blue Mountains and finish the day with a visit to Scenic World and the famous Scenic Rail, a four hundred and fifteen meter decent through the cliff side tunnel will take you into the ancient rainforest itself. From here you are free to explore the area before rejoining the vehicle once more and making our way back to Sydney.
