A tour of the 170 year-old Pomeranian Distillery and Farm is an opportunity to learn about the artisanal production of Polish vodkas and okowitas. What is the difference between an agricultural distillery and a craft distillery? How are artisanal spirits made? What is the difference between vodka and spirit? What surprised Mr. Robert Makłowicz and Ms. Katarzyna Bosacka from “Wiem co jem”? These and other questions will be answered during a tour of the Podole Wielkie Distillery. You will also find out what the philosophy of “From field to bottle” means and why, for us, every bottle is a story.
