Looking for a private space to shoot, train, or celebrate? Our private bay rentals are perfect for everything from casual get-togethers to focused training sessions.

Base Package: Includes up to 10 participants for a 3-hour block session.

Need More Room? Some bays can accommodate up to 15 guests for just $20 per person over 10.

Large Group? For parties over 15, contact us for a custom quote.

Proven Success: We’ve hosted events with over 100 participants, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.

A certified Range Safety Officer (RSO) with current insurance is required for all rentals. Don’t have one? No problem — Outpost Range can provide an RSO for $99 per block.

Duration:

Each rental is a 3-hour block session. Typical time blocks include: • 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM • 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM • Full Day: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (two blocks)

Please note that some of our larger bays are often booked on Saturday and Monday mornings, making those times busier than other days. We recommend checking availability and reserving your spot early.

Price:

Half-Day (up to 10 participants): $274 Full-Day (up to 10 participants): $525 Additional participants (11–15): Just $20 per person each block. For groups over 15, please contact us for a custom quote. Let the Pro Shop know your group size, shooting discipline, and preferred distance. RSO Requirement- A certified Range Safety Officer (RSO) is required for all private bay rentals. If you are current with RSO certification and insured, you're all set. If not, Outpost Range can provide an RSO for $99 per block.

Important Info

All guests must check in at the Pro Shop. Only those who have completed check-in will be granted access.

Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.

Age and Requirements:

Age 18 and older can participate independently. Minor participants aged 10 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent. You must Not have a mental or physical impairment that would prevent safe firearm handling.

What to bring:

Bring a valid driver's license or valid Gov. Identification (ID). Bring your own firearm for a personalized shooting experience. Ensure you're ready with correct ammunition for your firearm. Rental firearms available-try out something new at the range! You may bring your own approved targets and spray paint for steel target touch-ups. Eye and ear protection are required—please bring your own. For your safety, no open-toe shoes or low-cut shirts/blouses are allowed on the range. Water bottles with screw-on lids are permitted.

*Should you forget items, Outpost Range provides in-store sales of firearm rentals for the experience, along with a range of ammunition, eye and ear protection.

Expectations:

Arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience for check-in. If you anticipate any issues or delays with arrival, notify the Pro Shop in advance. Only course participants are allowed on the range, sorry no spectators are permitted.
