Our Indian Cookery courses are some of the most popular. We will teach you how to work with fresh ingredients, herbs and spices to create Indian starters, curries, main dishes and accompaniments. At the end of the course you will be able to confidently replicate the dishes and techniques you have learned at home, giving you a foundation of core Indian cookery skills from which you can build a range of further dishes. Typical dishes that will be covered (subject to dietary requirements) Mango Chutney Poppaddoms & Chutneys Butter Chicken Aromatic Basmati Rice, Onion Bhajis.
It is not essential to book as a pair. Individuals are welcome to book onto this lesson but must be aware that this class requires you to work in pairs and you maybe paired up with another individual for duration of the class.
Hands-on cooking means you'll want to wear attire suitable for getting slightly messy.
