Glassblowing is a collaborative art form, and we love getting everyone involved. While pricing is per piece, we encourage teamwork—many of our pieces are great for 1–2 people to work on together. It’s a perfect bonding activity for couples, families, and groups of all sizes.

Each class offers a unique opportunity to create something special with your own hands, guided by a skilled instructor.

Below are the experience options you can choose from:

Vase A piece to hold flowers or stand alone as a work of art. This is the piece to make if you want to get up close and personal with some hot glass. If you want the feel of creating a traditional glass design. Inflating the form, turning, and shaping it with a pair of cork paddles to give it the final form.

Whale Tail Celebrate the majesty of Maui’s marine life by crafting a stunning whale tail sculpture. After gathering and shaping the molten glass, you’ll use paddles and tweezers to fan out and define the flukes of the tail. Add movement, color, and flair to reflect the ocean’s power and grace. This elegant piece is perfect for ocean lovers and a tribute to Hawai‘i’s iconic humpback whales.

Cup or Stemless Wine Glass Are you looking for a product that you will use daily? These glasses are great for personal use and also make a wonderful hand made gift. Drinking out of something you have made by hand is a unique accomplishment!

Bowl After inflating and shaping the base of this form you will turn the piece around using a Punty. Turning the piece over exposes the top which you will open as the mouth of the bowl. Chose between a wavy bowl, or a smooth round finish.

Starfish / Paperweight To create these special color patterns, you will pinch and twist and swirl all your colors together using a pair of large tweezers. This is a great way to feel the heat of the material as you sculpt it. You can chose from three different final shapes. Starfish, Heart, Round.

Ornament Are you looking for a unique ornament for Hollidays, or to use as a sun catcher in a window? Look no further. This is also a wonderful project for our smaller artists to be able to participate.

Glass Wave Ride the flow of molten glass as you shape your very own crashing wave. You’ll start by inflating a base and adding layers of vibrant color. Using specialty tools, you’ll pull and curve the form to capture the energy and movement of the ocean. Whether you go for a smooth barrel or a dramatic curl, your wave will be uniquely yours — a perfect reminder of Maui’s surf and spirit.
