After flying over the Brindabella Range, we’ll touch down on this working sheep and cattle farm where your home for the night is an architecturally-designed A-frame eco hut. It is completely off-grid and sits secluded on the hilltops above the Murrumbidgee River.

Switch off with a soak in your private hot tub, a glass of wine and 360-degree views, including a night sky that’s unhindered by city lights. Wake up slowly and savour a local produce gourmet breakfast.
