Whether you’re exploring Yellowstone with family and friends or are experiencing the beauty it has to offer as an individual, our horseback riding day trips in Yellowstone National Park is the once-in-a-lifetime activity you don’t want to miss out on!
Our half-day rides are four to five hours long and take place in Yellowstone National Park in the northern half of the park, located near Gardiner, MT. We commonly travel on trails in the Lamar Valley, Swan Lake Flats, Hellroaring Creek, and Slough Creek. You will be accompanied by a guide who will travel through the park with you.
On the day of your scheduled day trip in Yellowstone National Park, your guide will meet you at the trailhead with the horses. Our horseback riding day trips in Yellowstone National Park will introduce you to some of the most scenic views you’ve ever seen. We have access to some of the most well-maintained trails that deliver just a glimpse of all that the national park has to offer.
At Horsetrack Outfitters, all levels of riders are welcome. For the more experienced horseback riders, we are happy to venture off the trails so you can experience Yellowstone from a more remote point of view and be up close and personal with some extraordinary wildlife.
Bring comfortable riding boots and weather-appropriate clothing for a safe, enjoyable ride.
