Discover this 3-story very large and spacious house up on the Homer Hills. Just 10 minutes to the Homer Harbor. It boasts 6-bedrooms with an additional studio apartment for more space with groups of more than 10, a true gem in Homer.
Main Level features an office/bedroom with 1 Twin bed in it and a desk if you'd like to do some work while you are away. An open kitchen with plenty of room and counter space to cook a delicious meal. Also has an additional bakers closet with an extra stove and kitchen sink for more room to prep and cook. There is a half bath on the main level.
Go up the staircase to the Second Level there are 5 bedrooms: 2 master suites each with its own bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom down the hall with double washer and dryer located in hall bathroom.
Third level boasts a very spacious studio apartment with its own kitchen, large bathroom with additional washer and dryer vaulted ceilings seating area and 2 additional beds for more sleeping space and a nice view of the hills from the window!!
