Highlights

Using our purpose built Archery and axe throwing range you will learn how to fire a bow and throw an axe in a safe, professionally instructed environment.

ARCHERY • Starting with the basics you will be taught how to safely load and fire your bow along with safe range practise to collect your arrows. Once you have mastered the basics you will be coached on improving your technique and accuracy to compete aginst your family/friends in a fun competition. AXE THROWING • There is a surprising amount of technique involved in axe throwing, yes anyone can pick up an axe and throw it but it's the making it stick in the target at the other end that's the tricky bit. You will learn a single and double handed technique for the throw and progress to getting your distance from target just right to maximise your success rate.

This can run whatever the weather, as we say in Yorkshire 'There's not bad weather just bad clothing!' so please come suitably dressed for the elements as this is an outdoor activity. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time for your activity.
