About This Adventure

Experience the art of goat cheese-making at a certified organic permaculture farm. Explore 8 hectares of diverse landscapes, including ancient olive trees and vibrant vineyards. Engage with passionate advocates of sustainable living and enjoy a delightful tasting of fresh farm products, leaving you inspired and connected to nature.

About

Learn how to make goat cheese in a permaculture farm aiming at food autonomy, abundance and biodiversity.

Our farm have 8 hectares and is certified organic. With our horses, goat and hens, all free range, we have very much respect for our animals and their well-being.

We own 250 olive trees, including some that are several hundreds of years age, a range of mature fruit trees (apple trees, figs trees, pear trees, cherry trees..), and more than 1 hectare of vineyard.

We promise you will leave inspired, having met people passionate about organic food, sustainable living and nature education.

At the end of the tour we propose you a tasting of the products from our farm.


Includes

  • Arrival at the farm and welcome by the producer;
  • Presentation of the goat milking;
  • Workshop about cheese-making;
  • Tasting of toasts with fresh cheese, olive oil and herbs, olives, dried tomatoes, all from the farm.

NOTE

After booking we will send all the details of the reservation, as well as the location of the farm and the contact of the farmer.

If you wish to propose another day or time for the experience, send us a message and we will do our best to reschedule, or we can include one more experience for all day.
