You'll visit 5 of New Haven's most iconic pizzerias, meeting the operators and touring the kitchens at each location.

Your Guides This specialty tour is a collaboration between Scott's Pizza Tours and Taste of New Haven. It will be led by the founders of both companies, Scott Wiener and Colin Caplan. If you're unfamiliar with Colin, he literally wrote the book on New Haven pizza history. It's an epic and thorough retelling of the Elm City's pizza lineage through archival documents and images. Guess who wrote the forward... SCOTT! With these two joining forces, this tour is guaranteed to reach extreme levels of pizza nerdiness!
