Adisa & Francesco - founders of Cucina Migrante - invite you for a fun FARM-TO-FORK cooking class (farmers market tour + cooking class), inspired by the Mediterranean diet and Italian cuisine.
In this interactive and spontaneous class, you will have the opportunity to visit the coolest farmers market in San Diego with our chefs, learn how pick out the best and freshest ingredients for the dishes, and meet the chef's favorite local farmers. We will take into considerations dietary restrictions and food allergies when choosing the ingredients.
After spending about 45 minutes at the market, the class regroups in the Chef’s kitchen, to cook two delicious and improvised dishes from scratch with all the goodies from the market. You will learn the fundamentals of creating tasty simple dishes with a few fresh and seasonal ingredients.
We include a welcome aperitif, dessert and some beverages during the experience. You are welcome to bring your favorite adult drink. The meeting point is at the farmers market.
