Learn how to make cheese in the Swiss Alps

Make your own Swiss cheese wheel. Next, immerse yourself in a hands-on cheesemaking workshop. Guided by expert cheesemakers, you’ll learn about traditional Swiss methods, from heating and curdling the milk, adding cultures and rennet to molding the cheese in its final form. This interactive session not only educates but also allows you to create your very own Swiss cheese wheel. These Swiss cheese wheels called ‘Mütschli’ are a true mountain cheese phenomenon.

Relax with a Whey Foot Bath

After the workshop, you can enjoy a soothing whey foot bath. Whey is the liquid that remains after the curds are removed from the cheese cauldron. It is known for its nutrients and skin-soothing properties. This centuries-old Swiss tradition offers therapeutic benefits and provides a relaxing break in the serene Alpine surroundings.
