About This Adventure
Join our immersive 7-hour brewing course at the Bierkulturhaus, where you'll collaboratively craft a unique Austrian beer. Enjoy tastings, a guided tour of Trumer Privatbrauerei, and indulge in a hearty buffet. Each participant receives a "Traditionsbrauer" certificate and can later taste their creation at Frodo's Bar.

Schritt für Schritt wird unter Einbindung aller TeilnehmerInnen gemeinsam eine faszinierende, österreichische Bierspezialität eingebraut. Auch Verkostungen von Bierköstlichkeiten und die Besichtigung der Trumer Privatbrauerei sind inkludiert.

Alle Braukurse Klassik finden im Bierkulturhaus statt und garantieren aktive eigene Teilnahme bei allen Schritten des Bierbrauens, professionelle Betreuung, Biere vom Fass, Softdrinks, Kaffee & Tee unlimitiert, hochwertige bierige Abschiedsgeschenke sowie
- Verkostung von Bierklassikern aus Deutschland und Österreich
- Warmes Brauerbuffet mit Schweinsbratl, Knödel und Krautsalat (vegetarische Alternative möglich)

Selbstgebrautes Bier kann wenige Wochen später in Frodo´s Bar kostenlos verkostet werden.
