Participate in our unique Bean2Bar Chocolate Making Workshop, and learn how chocolate is produced firsthand.

Discover all the steps it takes to become a chocolate maker!

During our class, we will show you how to roast, crack, and winnow, then grind and conch cacao from the bean, as well as temper and mold it into a final chocolate-bar product.

Each participant will also learn how to make chocolate bars from scratch at home using everyday – home supplies and utensils.
