About

Our largest party room can seat up to 40 guests. You’ll be partying in style around one big table that runs the length of one of our historic NSW train carriages circa 1910.

Our Farm Friends Parties are suitable for all ages where children can safely interact with some of the cutest and cuddliest animals. Please note two parents are included in the party but there is an additional charge for other adults and siblings not on the guest list who wish to partake in the farm tour or train ride.

All our birthday parties include:

  • the use of one of our Party Carriages
  • a host
  • printable ticket-style invitations
  • plates
  • cups
  • napkins
  • cutlery
  • potato chips
  • cheese rings
  • fairy bread
  • chocolate crackles
  • popcorn
  • cordial and water.

Optional extras include but are not limited to:

  • lolly bags
  • party favours
  • a cake
  • additional activities
  • gourmet catering.

Our commitment is to provide a stress-free day for you and a fun-filled, memorable day for the birthday child.

Please note some important information for our parties:

• We do not supply candles, but you are welcome to bring your own for the birthday cake. Also, for safety reasons, we cannot allow sparklers in any of our carriages. • We don't supply decorations in our party rooms, bringing focus to the rustic aspect of our 100- year-old carriages. You are very welcome to bring you own decorations, but please be aware that we do not allow blu-tac, sticky-tape, poppers, confetti, pinatas or glitter. Any party found to be in violation of this will be charged a fee of $50. • You have access to our party room and a party concierge for the first hour of your party. The party concierge will show you to your carriage, serve the party food and cake, keep the children entertained for the hour and organise the start of your chosen activity. The party concierge is not there to supervise the children during their activity. • The person booking the party is required to be on-site for the duration of the party and is responsible for the party children. • The birthday child is counted as one of the booked number of children. • Where possible we will accommodate adults in the party room, but if space does not allow, a table will be provided either outside the party room or inside the café. • A $50 surcharge is payable for parties held on a public holiday. • With the exception of Birthday Cakes, we do not allow outside food or drinks.

We need the final numbers, catering requests and all other details for the party on the Tuesday before the event. We do not invoice for parties.
