Experience the charm of our 8-acre campground in McMinnville, featuring river access and cozy RV spots. Enjoy communal fire pits, corn hole, and the option to rent adjacent sites for added privacy. With convenient amenities like a shower house and firewood for sale, your outdoor adventure awaits!

About

Located at 245 Durham St in McMinnville, the property covers 8 acres with frontage on the Barren Fork River. There is river access directly behind Smooth Rapids Grill and a short walk from the campground. We have 30 & 50 amp RV spots with water and electric.

Please note Medium Spots 2&3 and Short Spot 4 are the only sites that have a sewer tap. All of the rest will require use of self serve dump station or we have a mobile pump service for $20 per pump.

More about the Campground

  • Campsites are relatively small with common areas for fire pits, corn hole, etc. In the Small and Medium Spots, they are very close together compared to other RV parks and resorts. Some guests prefer to rent two sites side by side if you prefer a private fire pit area with picnic table versus using the common areas.
  • We have fire pits and sell fire wood
  • Shower house and restrooms on site
  • Self-service dump station (Option at checkout to pay for dump service)
