The Hike Station Grading System: Beginner - Medium
Food & Beverages: Carrying ample drinking water is essential. There are no stores or other facilities along our trails. Fruit and energy bars are ideal for mid-way sustenance.
What to Bring: The Hike Station will provide for each person a small backpack. You should bring at least 1.5L of water per person, and snacks if you would like. Please bring your own: sun hat, sun cream, and swimwear for coastal hikes. Also ensure you bring any necessary medication or inhalers that you might require during the hike.
What to Wear: Suitable footwear, including socks (sports trainers are fine). Anyone wearing unsuitable footwear (such as flip-flops), or no socks, will not be able to hike.
