Filled with a variety of meats, cheeses, and other seasonal delicacies, our Charcuterie Workshop is a 90-min tutorial that is sure to leave you ready to impress at your next gathering.
Each of our Charcuterie Workshops include all the charcuterie board ingredients, a charcuterie board as a take home gift, cutlery, and complimentary wine to enjoy during the workshop.
Guests will be encouraged to mingle and enjoy their charcuterie board creations after the workshop concludes. Guests will also be provided with a take-home box for any unfinished food items.

Notes
- Check-in at the Tasting Room on the first floor of the Winery, 15-minutes before the start of class.
- Each guest will be supplied with a charcuterie board, cutlery, board ingredients, and Chateau Elan wine.
- Vegetarian board options are also available and can be requested at time of booking.
