About This Adventure

Ding-Dong...Nobody's Home

  • It's okay if we miss you. Though it's more convenient to operate the irrigation test feature through the garage timer it's not necessary. We service unoccupied homes daily via the outside service box(purple lid in the flowerbed) We'll simply leave our notes at the door.

Sprinkler Heads

Please allow us to operate & mark any over-grown sprinkler heads with our turf paint as we request no flags. We'll do everything including our best to avoid termite monitoring units & gutter downspout pop-ups.

We respect the fact our customers daily itinerary is full so we'll simply utilize this outside irrigation valve box to operate each zone in the event we miss you. !Description of image

Rates

$120 Per Lawn January & February.

$120 Per Lawn May & June. We emphasize "Per Lawn" because we're unable to offer group discounts. We appreciate everyone booking their own service including nearby neighbors.

Out of area

  • Our apologies but we've found it challenging to provide our standard level of service to properties beyond Ocala given excessive travel time. Please consider a local Lawn Aeration Service provider to accommodate your needs if you're located in Alachua, Citrus, Hernando or Pasco Counties.

Hazards

*We're unable to service lawns with an invisible buried dog fence.

**Comcast, Centurylink may or may not install new internet cables correctly. If you don't know if it was done right then it's impossible for us to know. They NEVER charge us or our customers for coming out to install a new cable because their original installer got lazy. I understand how losing internet is an inconvenience to you but the proper depth is all on their techs. It doesn't happen often but it does happen.

Stonecreek Residents

Unfortunately we're unable to service NEW STONECREEK customers unless you release Adam's Earth of all liability. Proceeding with booking an aeration service date does in fact mean you've agreed to this. (Past customers are okay to book but please remind us if we had any shallow pipe issues) given their contracted irrigation installer is NOT burying irrigation pipes to the proper industry standard depth of 12". Puncturing a shallow pipe located less than 3" deep only happens in two instances.

  1. Stonecreek Pulte builders sloppy irrigation work
  2. Sloppy Landscaper work where they add additional irrigation lines to an existing system but neglect to bury the pipes to Code.

Disclaimer

Adam's Earth is not responsible for the incompetent work of other contractors.
Our trucks are stocked to replace a sprinkler that we accidentally break but please be prepared to call your prior landscaper in the event we discover shallow pipes.

Adam's Earth is also not responsible for existing broken sprinklers or pipes. This is partly why we operate your system before our machine enters onto the property. I've even identified broken sprinklers located in flowerbeds and was instantly asked- "Did you break that"? Contacting a plumber to fix something we accidentally broke without first allowing the damage to be rectified by Adam's Earth means their repair invoice is ultimately your responsibility. In the event we can't fix it we'll contact a more qualified professional to schedule a repair.

Adventure Tips

Schedule in spring or fall

Aeration is most effective during mild weather when grass is actively growing.

Check for soil compaction

Perform a simple test by pressing your foot into the soil to see if it resists penetration.

Water before aerating

Moisten your lawn a day prior to ensure soil responds well to the service.

Allow time for recovery

Grass may look a bit stressed immediately after, but it will bounce back quickly.
