• Valid driver's license (motorcycle endorsement NOT required)

Insurance & Security Deposit

DAMAGE WAIVER: The Rental Damage Waiver provides you with complete peace of mind. Included with every rental is basic damage waiver protection that limits your maximum “out of pocket” expense during your rental experience to $1,500.00 for damage/vehicle loss. If this option is selected a $1,500 hold on a major credit card for the damage waiver is required for the duration of the rental.

Optional coverage (Premium Damage Waiver): For only $50.00 (whether your rental is for one day or one month, just one single charge of $50 for the entire rental). Purchase of the Premium Damage Waiver Protection for only $50 and you upgrade basic damage waiver protection that limits your maximum “out of pocket” expense during your rental experience to $750.00 for damage/vehicle loss. If this option is selected only a $750 hold on a major credit card for the damage waiver is required for the duration of the rental.

Pickup:

When you arrive there is a short checkout process, a quick safety video, and then you are ready to ride! We have additional parking if you would like to leave your vehicle while out on your rental. Driving a Slingshot is an amazing experience, and you will no doubt enjoy yourself. We ask that you drive responsibly and treat the Slingshot with respect. In the unlikely event you have any issues during your rental we are on stand-by 24/7 to help out.

Drop Off:

When you return the Slingshot, please bring it back with a full tank of premium gas. Slingshots returned unfueled will be charged a $30 refueling charge. If for any reason you will not be able to return on time then please call and let us know.

What to Bring

• Proper clothing & gear will maximize your riding fun.

• Safety equipment like helmets & goggles provided.

• Bring a backpack with water, snacks, sunscreen. Enjoy the ride!

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling

No rescheduling within 48 hours of the originally reserved date. 48 hours or more out from the originally reserved date you may reschedule at no additional charge. Based on the availability of your new date choice.

Cancellations

You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours out from your reserved date/time and receive a refund less a $75 administration fee. Within 48 hours of your reserved date, there are no cancellations or refunds.

RAIN POLICY

On the day of your rental, if it is raining and you do not leave with the Slingshot rental we will allow you to reschedule at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued due to rain/inclement weather. We do not prorate any Slingshot rentals. If you drive the Slingshot and inclement weather causes any loss of rental time for you there are no refunds or credits.
