This is a 7-hour handgun course for women with no prerequisites, focusing on safe gun handling, types of handguns, and marksmanship fundamentals. Participants must bring their own gear and will take a skills test at the end to advance to higher-level courses.

Covering: Safe Gun Handling, Types of Handguns, Features & Functions, Loading/Unloading, Intro to Fundamentals of Marksmanship, Cleaning & Safe Storage. Concludes with HG101 Skills Test (Passing is required to advance/attend next-level courses).
Concealed carry or Home Defense handgun, at least 2 magazines, case/box or range bag, Eye & Electronic Hearing Protection, Minimum of 75 rounds of training ammunition. Note-taking material and a desire to learn and develop your skill set. Rental Handguns, ammunition and Electronic Hearing Protection available for an additional charge.
