9 am: Let’s start the day driving through the Pays d’auge area, very picturesque countryside with the half-timbered houses with thatched roofs, fields with the Normandy cows and apple orchards
First stop, Honfleur: Le Mont Joli and Notre Dame de Grâce on the height of the town to admire the beautiful Normandy bridge going over the Seine river .then, we’ll visit the town and the biggest wooden church of France. I’ll give you time to look at the art galleries in the town. We’ll meet for lunch in a restaurant with a view, on the port.
Second stop, Deauville, where the American film festival takes place every September, a town with beautiful 19th-century villas.
Then, we’ll drive along the coast called “la côte fleurie”, Villers sur mer, houlgate, Cabourg.
Heading back towards Caen, we will have the last stop in one of the most beautiful villages of France: Beuvron-en- Auge. A town with a half-timbered 15th-century manor house.
Return around 5:30 pm
