In our Korean Traditional Cooking Class, you will learn how to prepare delicious dishes such as Japchae, a flavorful Korean glass noodle salad, Bibimbap, a vibrant rice dish with various toppings, and Korean Pancakes, crispy pancakes filled with fresh vegetables. We will also guide you through creating Cucumber Kimchi, a refreshing twist on Korea’s famous fermented dish, Mandu, savory Korean dumplings, and Hotteok, sweet pancakes with a soft and gooey filling. ​ In a cozy small-group setting, enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere as you explore the bold and harmonious flavors of Korean cuisine and master step-by-step techniques to recreate these iconic dishes.
