The day begins on a narrow ribbon of road that drops into green gorges; guides unload paddles, helmets click into place and the canyon opens like a page of raw limestone. Koprulu Canyon's river cuts cool and clear between high cliffs, and the air tastes of pine and wet rock. Participants split their time between two contrasting canyons—one tight and warm for canyoning, the other broader and faster for rafting—finishing with a hair-raising zipline stretched across a gorge.
