The morning air tastes of wet pine and limestone as a fleet of rafts nudges the banks of the Köprüçay. You’ll feel the river pull—an eager current that dares you to move faster—while the first spray cools your face. From the pickup in Side the drive traces olive terraces and low crags until the canyon widens and the water begins to chatter.

Hotel pickup/drop-off, lunch, helmets, life jackets, paddles, and a guided rafting trip over 14 km are included.

The Köprüçay corridor has Roman and Ottoman-era crossings and long served as a rural route between coastal towns and inland plateaus.
Stick to marked banks, avoid using non-biodegradable sunscreens, and pack out trash; the river corridor is ecologically sensitive and benefits from low-impact visitation.
